IFFK to commence on December 6th
The eighteenth International Film Festival of Kerala is scheduled to be held from December 6 to 13 at Trivandrum and will showcase 208 films in various sections. The festival is organized by the Kerala State Chalachitra Academy on behalf of Cultural Affairs Department, Government of Kerala. List of the films in the competition, Indian cinema Now and Malayalam cinema Today sections were finalized earlier last month.
Around seven thousand delegates and thousand media men will be participating in the most popular film festival of the country. A total of fourteen films have been selected for the competition section including ten international films, two Malayalam films and two other Indian language films. Parviz and Taj Mahal (Iran),Capturing Dad (Japan), Arbani (Israel), Inertia and Club Sandwich (Mexico), Errata (Argentina), Jonathas Forest (Brazil), The Battle of Tabato (Portugal) and Constructors (Kazhakstan) are the ten foreign entries competing in the section.
