Mumbai International Film festival to begin from February 3

M_Id_442598_Mumbai_International_Film_FestivalThe 13th edition of Mumbai International Film festival (MIFF) for documentary, short and animation films commences on February 3 next year. Organized by Films Division, Government of India, and Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the event will be held at the National Centre for Performing Arts (NCPA) for one week.

The oldest and largest international film festival for the non-feature and animation films in Asia, MIFF-2014 brings a lot of valuable content for filmmakers and cinema lovers. This year, a veteran Indian documentary filmmaker will be honored with V Shantaram Lifetime Achievement Award. The festival will pay tribute to the acclaimed documentary filmmaker, Peter Wintonick, who passed away on November 18, 2013.
